Easy Quark Cake With Fresh Berries

If you are looking for a recipe for a fast and healthy quark cake, you are at the right place. It’s a really simple procedure that you put together in a few minutes. And most importantly, you will also enjoy it!

This amazing quark cake is healthy as well! After all, quark itself has very beneficial effects on your body. It has a high calcium content, it’s rich in magnesium, potassium and amino acids. Quark is good for the nervous system and supports metabolism. Moreover, you won’t feel hungry anymore.

Quark cake as a dessert, breakfast or light dinner?

You can enjoy this simple and fast quark cake in different parts of the day. It’s a good idea for breakfast, dinner or just as a dessert. Except for quark (you can choose whatever type you want, I used low-fat for this recipe), milk or eggs, we need to choose delicious fruit that will enrich our healthy quark cake.

Forest fruits such as raspberries or blueberries are an excellent companion and they add a flavorsome freshness.

As I mentioned at the beginning, this recipe is ready and prepared to be baked in a couple of minutes. Just mix the ingredients and put them in the oven for about 50 minutes or until the cake on the sides starts to catch a nice golden color.

This fast quark cake will surely delight you with its taste and its simplicity!
